Ravissante is an independent lingerie shop, based in the Historic Town of Howden, East Yorkshire. We offer free fitting consultations and our knowledgeable fitters are fully qualified to provide expert advice tailored to each individual, thereby ensuring a perfect fit.

Our ranges include lovely Lingerie, Shapewear, Post Surgery Bras & Maternity Bras, Swimwear, Hosiery, Teenage Training Bras, Sports Bras, Secret Weapons products, Clothing & Nightwear. With sizes from 28-46 & cups from A-KK, our aim is to make you feel and look your best.

Hi, I’m Joy, the proprietor of Ravissante Lingerie. I have grown up and lived around Howden since I was a little girl. I love the friendly team relationship we have here, each of us adding our own individual flair to make you want to come back time and time again.

Hi, I’m Kelly. I was born locally and have worked in the retail trade for a good number of years. Drawing on my knowledge and experience, I am here to aid in the continuous development and expansion of the business.

April 2023– Hello everyone, long time no speak. Time has flown by so very quickly. The new 2023 season is upon us, which means if you haven’t had a fitting or require a refit, then please do not hesitate to contact us to arrange an appointment.

As an Independent Bra Fitter, I can only emphasise the importance of having your bra size checked. An incorrect fit can lead to discomfort not only from the bra itself, but bad posture, back ache, neck ache, headache etc can all be signs that you’re not getting all you should from the support you need.

Many of the high street stores have sadly gone from our lives, which makes the Independent Bra Fitting shops all the more important. Buying bras online not only prove to be a matter of “luck”, but time and money can be wasted by having to return items or purchasing unsuitable bras & really not knowing which fit is best for you.
